Strengthening our communities through financial, administration and strategic support & development
Here to Help Your Community or Organisation
Here to Help Your Community or Organisation
Motivated by a desire to help grassroots organisations working to grow and strengthen our communities, I worked in an accounting office for eight years and qualified as a Chartered Accountant, always with the intention of using my learning to provide capacity building services. I work alongside my clients, with a focus on building capacity within and providing services to whatever level they request i.e. training, monitoring, administration, facilitation or higher level services.
The purpose of my work is twofold:
- To assist with strengthening organisations through improving system efficiency, strategic planning, quality of financial information and internal control procedures. I achieve this by up-skilling those involved at the grass roots level or providing administration and management services on a contract basis.
- To empower organisations to move forward through sound understanding of who they are and who they want to be.
- Working alongside my clients, I help them develop and strengthen internal processes, provide training on how to manage specific tasks and support them through the planning of their future development
My own hands on experience in small business and not for profit entities gives me insight to the uniqueness of each client I work with and design our relationship around this to ensure they retain their individuality while developing a strong organisation that fulfills its potential.
